Upcoming Land Releases at Miravale
Due to demand, we understand that our limited land supply has caused frustration for those eagerly waiting to call Miravale home, and we appreciate your patience.

As you may have heard from recent news, there have been significant delays with SA Water infrastructure in Adelaide’s North, including the township of Angle Vale. However, there is good news on the horizon. Our State Government has announced the Housing Roadmap, a strategic plan designed to address the delivery of essential infrastructure. At Lanser, we are working diligently behind the scenes with SA Water to understand when we will be able resume our release program at Miravale.
