New angle vale super school design revealed
The design of a new super-school set to accommodate 1675 students has now been revealed. A full “birth-Year 12” school the school will include advanced facilities such as a 300-seat auditorium, extensive sports facilities and a new “entrepreneurial hub”. The new buildings includes a mix of single and multistorey buildings, a gym, two ovals, and an array of other sporting fields and courts.
The process to choose angle vale as the location for the new northern super-school took years – the 14ha site from market gardeners on Riverbanks Rd, Angle Vale is sure to attract many home buyers to the region.
TESA education has won the public-private partnership to build and maintain the school at the same time as a similar school in Aldinga. The total combined cost of both at $261 million – the Angle Vale school is set to open in 2022. The school is set to have a new name and principal before the end of 2020.
