Best tips for buying land?
- Visit the lot and have a stomp across it
- Investigate where you are buying what the development and surrounding area offer
- Talk to an agent who is experienced in land or land and build
- Have a good broker and understand your budget
I grew up in: Adelaide
If you had your own talk show, your first three guests would be: The Dalai Lama, Banksy and Lisa Randall – she’s a Theoretical Physicist likely to change our understanding of the Universe!
If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life: Murray River Cod and yabbies with butter, dill, tarragon, lemon, pepper and capers
What are your hobbies? Real estate, motorbikes and tinkering – I love fixing broken things.
