End-of-Year Update and Exciting Plans for 2025
As 2024 draws to a close, we’re taking a moment to celebrate the milestones and memories that have made this year one to remember at Miravale.

The Ivy Collection

Progress on Civil Stages
Stages 7 South, 10A, and 12 saw significant progress this year, and we looking forward to welcoming many more residents to Miravale as their homes take shape along these streets.
Halloween Celebrations
Our annual Halloween event was a highlight once again! It was heartwarming to see the Miravale community come together with costumes, decorations, and festive cheer.
Landscaping Legends
This year, we celebrated the green thumbs of Miravale with our Landscaping Legends competition. Each month, a standout garden received well-deserved recognition and a prize.
What’s Coming in 2025
The new year promises to bring exciting developments for Miravale! Here’s a sneak peek at what’s in store:
Frisby Road Entrance
We know that an entrance to Miravale off of Frisby Road has been eagerly anticipated, and we’re happy to share that construction is expected to commence in early 2025.
Lanser Living
We’re excited to bring more Archer & Addison homes to Miravale, along with other new designs from Lanser Living. Stay tuned—2025 is shaping up to be a big year for move-in-ready options!
Landscaped Basins and Reserves
Work will begin on transforming the basin and reserve along Saverio Boulevard into a beautifully landscaped space for the community. Additionally, plans for the basin at Curtis and Heaslip Road are in the works—we’ll keep you updated as we await the green light to enhance this area.
New Display Village
We’ll be breaking ground on an all-new display village, showcasing the latest in home designs and innovations to inspire your dream build.
Hoops & Scoops
Kick off the new year with this fantastic basketball and family event on January 18th! Clinics with Central Districts coaches, free ice cream, and a sausage sizzle promise a fun-filled day for everyone. Learn more here.
Land Release Program
We understand that our limited land supply has caused frustration for those eagerly waiting to call Miravale home, and we appreciate your patience. As you may have heard from recent news, there have been significant delays with SA Water infrastructure in Adelaide’s North, including the township of Angle Vale. At Lanser, we are working diligently behind the scenes with SA Water to understand when we will be able resume our release program at Miravale.
