Construction Update: The Vines Collection Townhomes
Exciting progress is underway for the Vines Collection townhomes at Miravale, and we’re thrilled to share the latest updates with our community.
Scaffolding contractors are currently on-site, and the installation of another upper bay is in progress. These townhomes are designed to stand tall, with the height of each dwelling comparable to a three-story building, adding a modern and spacious feel to this stunning collection.
In the coming weeks, we expect the installation and rendering of the Hebel panels to be completed. This will bring us one step closer to the sleek, contemporary finish that the Vines Collection is known for.
Once the Hebel installation is finalised, roofing work will begin, with a target start date just before Christmas. We’re eager to see the next phase of construction unfold, and it won’t be long before these townhomes start taking shape with their beautiful, finished exteriors.
