Construction Update: The Vines Collection by Lanser Living
We’re excited to share the latest progress on The Vines Collection at Miravale. With plenty of construction milestones being reached, these homes are steadily coming to life. Here’s what’s happening on-site…
Upper Cladding and Rendering Works Completed
The exteriors are really taking shape on site at The Vines. The upper cladding and rendering are now complete, showcasing the design and making these homes look fantastic.
Roofing Underway
Roofing work kicked off last week, starting with fascia and gutters. Next up: roof sheeting installation, followed by capping and flashings. It won’t be long before the homes are fully weatherproof.
Downpipes and Painting
The final touches to the exterior are just around the corner, with downpipe installation and painting of the upper walls set to begin soon.
Interior Linings
Things are moving inside too! Interior linings are on track to begin soon, setting the stage for these homes to really come to life.
Stair Installation
The next big step (literally!) is stair installation, scheduled for February.
Scaffolding Removal
Scaffolding will soon come down, giving us a clear view of these homes.
Carport Slab and Framing
Work is due to begin soon on the carport slab benching, with the slab pour and framing targeted for completion in the next couple of months.
