Construction Update: The Vines Collection at Miravale
Exciting progress is unfolding at The Vines Collection in Miravale, with key milestones being reached as we move closer to completion. Here’s the latest on-site developments…
Roof Installation Complete – The roofs are now in place, marking a significant step towards finalising the external structure.
Upper Render Completed – The upper levels have been rendered, bringing the façade closer to its finished look.
Stairs Installed – Internal staircases have been successfully installed, providing access to upper floors as the interiors take shape.
Scaffolding Removal Underway – Scaffolding has been removed from the rear of the buildings to allow for alfresco roof installation. It remains on the corners and the front as feature cladding continues to be installed.
Alfresco Roof Installation Scheduled – Now that scaffolding has been removed, the alfresco roofing has been scheduled for installation, adding the finishing touches to outdoor areas.
Services Rough-in Underway – Essential services are being put in place, preparing for the next stages of internal construction.
Insulation & Internal Lining Starting This Month – Walls and ceilings will soon be insulated and lined, enhancing comfort and energy efficiency.
Electrical & AC Cut-outs and Waterproofing to Follow – Preparations for electrical wiring, air conditioning, and waterproofing will commence shortly.
Lower Floor Rendering to Commence – Rendering works on the lower level will begin, bringing more definition to the external appearance.
Carport Footings Commenced – Excavation for carport footings is set to commence, setting the foundation for these essential spaces.
