Construction Update: The Vines Collection at Miravale
Exciting progress is underway at The Vines Collection at Miravale! Our collection of contemporary townhomes by Lanser Living, perfectly positioned along our scenic Philip Reserve, is coming together with some key milestones reached in recent weeks.
The cladding on the lower level is now complete, giving us a first glimpse of the finishes of these homes. Scaffolding has been installed at both the front and back, providing the support needed to move into the next construction phases. This week, the Rivergum Homes team are wrapping up the transition flashing, an important detail that contributes to each home’s durability and seamless design.
In the coming week, cladding will be added to the upper levels, followed by roofing – a big step towards completion!
