We’re thrilled to let you know that sub-base has been laid and kerbs are being installed at The Parklands Release 3.
We look forward to updating you once base course and asphalt works have commenced.

‘Benched & Retained’ allotments have a level building pad provided making it easier for your builder. ‘Retaining’ is the retaining walls provided between you and your neighbour. The cost of this is included in the allotment price as advertised. Note that not all lots are the same and details should be confirmed with your sales agent for each allotment.
