Community Update – December 2023
It’s been a busy year at Miravale, with some major masterplanning milestones being met in our growing community.
Most of all we have been proud to welcome so many new families to Miravale and to host a series of fun community events for everyone. We are looking forward to even more construction and community celebrations with you all in 2024!
In 2023 our brand new play space on Philip Avenue opened.
Philip Avenue Play Space
In 2023 we opened our brand new play space on Philip Avenue! Featuring slides, nature play, a mini race track and climbing nets, Philip Reserve is an exciting new addition to our growing community.
This year our final section of Philip Avenue was opened for traffic.
Philip Avenue Connection
This year we opened our final section of Philip Avenue at Miravale, connecting Curtis Road to Saverio Boulevard! We hope everyone enjoys the convenience this new connection brings to our community.
Lanser Living launched two new home designs at Miravale in 2023 – Archer and Addison.
Lanser Living launched Archer & Addison
In 2023 we launched two brand new home designs by Lanser Living at Miravale. Archer and Addison are two compact family homes offered as turnkey, fixed price packages and they have been incredibly popular. We look forward to seeing more people move into our Lanser Living homes in 2024!
The Vines is a stylish collection of townhomes by Lanser Living.
Lanser Living launched The Vines Collection
Lanser Living has launched a second collection of townhomes at Miravale. The Vines Collection overlooks our brand new park and play space on Philip Avenue and has been popular with purchasers. We look forward to seeing these homes take shape in 2024!
Plenty of civil construction has happened at Miravale in 2023!
Civil Construction Milestones
Our masterplan at Miravale is quickly taking shape. During 2023 our civil contractors completed three civil stages and started two further civil stages at Miravale.
We celebrated Valentine’s Day by asking our residents to share what they loved about living at Miravale – we loved reading and sharing your responses!
We felt the love on Valentine’s Day
We ran our first ever Valentine’s Day competition, encouraging everyone to share what they loved about living at Miravale. We loved reading and sharing everyone’s stories, and the lucky winners got a date night voucher to Sneaky’s!
We hosted our first Halloween event at Miravale in 2023, and it was a huge success!
Spooky Fun
Spooky fun was had by all at Miravale this year! We hosted a face painter at our Sales Centre to ensure that all the little ghouls and goblins in Angle Vale looked fangtastic. We can’t wait to see everyone again next year!
In 2023 we celebrated the legendary gardeners in our community.
Landscaping Legends
Our Landscaping Legends competition at Miravale rewards all of our resident gardeners who help to keep Miravale looking gorgeous! Each month our residents nominate a legendary front garden by posting a picture on social media using the hashtags #LandscapingLegends and #Miravale and our judges select who will win the monthly $250 prize. Congrats to all of our winners in 2023!
We have launched our very first Christmas Lights competition at Miravale this year.
Merry & Bright at Miravale
We are excited to be running our first ever Christmas Lights competition at Miravale. We will be rewarding the sparkliest home these holidays with a $250 Drakes voucher! We look forward to finishing 2023 with a fun and festive spirit at Miravale and look forward to another eventful and fun year with our community in 2024!
