Community Update – December 2022
It’s been a busy 2022 at Miravale, with so many new families moving into their brand new homes and joining our community at Angle Vale.
We’ve listed some of our highlights from 2022 below to celebrate a year full of awards and community celebrations, and we can’t wait to share with you what we have in store for 2023!
An Award Winning Address!
We were incredibly proud to be name the Best Masterplanned Development for 2022 by the Urban Development Institute of Australia (SA). This prestigious award recognises excellence in masterplanning – which takes into account the holistic urban design behind making a project like Miravale come to life. As a company that prides itself on being ‘better by design’, the team at Lanser is thrilled that Miravale has won this prestigious award!
Get Moving at Miravale
In 2022 we ran our first ever free fitness series at Miravale! Get Moving at Miravale was a free bootcamp held at our Central Park reserve every Saturday during springtime. A special thanks to all of our residents who took part, and to our incredible trainer and Miravale resident Cassie who put together some intense and incredibly fun classes for everyone to enjoy! New Curtis Road Entrance
We opened our convenient new Curtis Road Entrance to Miravale in 2022 and unveiled our brand new entrance statement. Alongside some beautiful new palm trees, this entrance will eventually connect through to the rest of the development via Phillip Avenue. Watch this space!
Miravale Mums
We have loved watching the Miravale Mums group come to life as our community grows! This online Facebook group organises meet-ups with parents from Miravale and we have loved seeing young families form lifelong friendships and support each other as their children grow!
Welcome to Miravale
We love welcoming new families to Miravale! This year we’ve been lucky enough to follow so many of our residents’ stories on social media, speak to them to find out what they love about Miravale, and even visit some of them in their brand new homes as we launched our very first video testimonial series! Thank you to everyone who participated, we just loved hearing your stories about life at Miravale.
Our First TV Commercial
Some of you may have seen us out and about shooting our very first TV commercial at Miravale… Watch out for our new Lanser television ad that features Miravale – it will feature during Sunrise and the Big Bash over the holiday break!
